30. Proceedings before a Board, Court, Labour Court or Tribunal.
- The proceedings before a Board, Court. Labour Court or Tribunal shall be held in public :Provided that the Board, Court or Labour Court or Tribunal may at any stage direct that any witness shall be examined or its proceedings shall be held in camera.Remuneration of Arbitrators, Chairman and Members of Court, Presiding Officers of Labour Courts and Tribunals.
