Section 3(2) in Rules relating to registration of Pharmacists in the first register under Chapter IV of the said act 1968
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing clauses of sub-rule (1), the Tribunal may require any applicant to appear personally before it or to produce further evidence when it considers such personnels' appearance or further evidence to be necessary.
