Section 9(iii) in The Rules for Grant of Scholarships for Prosecution of Higher Studies to Government Employees Belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, 1962
(iii)A scholar is liable to refund the scholarship amount at the discretion of the Director if during the course of the year for which a scholarship is awarded he discontinues the studies pursued by him.
