Section 8(1) in Kerala Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1975
(1)No person shall be chosen as, or continue to be, a member of the Board if he-(a)is an officer or servant under the Board; or(b)is an undischarged insolvent; or(c)is of unsound mind; or(d)has been convicted by a criminal court for an offence involving moral turpitude, unless such conviction has been set aside; or(e)is in arrears of any sum due to the Board.
