Section 4(6) in The Rajasthan Private Universities Act, 2005
(6)The committee shall submit its report to the State Government within a period of one month from the date of its constitution:Provided that while computing the period of one month, the period commencing from the date on which requisition for any information under sub-section (5) is issued and ending on the date on which requisite information is submitted to be committee shall be excluded.
