Section 41(i) in The Board of Secondary Education (Madhya Pradesh) Regulations, 1965
(i)to scrutinise and pass the results of the examinations conducted by the Board after satisfying itself that the results are in conformity with the relevant provisions of the Regulations, Rules and Bye-law;
