Section 2(l) in The West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration, Regulation and Transparency) Act, 2017
(l)"physical therapy establishment" means any establishment or premises used or intended to be used for the massaging, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, remedial gymnastics or similar services, for the purpose of treatment of diseases or of infirmity or for improvement of health, or for purpose of relaxation or for any other purpose whatsoever, whether or not analogous to the purpose hereinbefore mentioned in this clause; (Chapter I.-Preliminary.-Section 2.)
