(2)Checking of cash balance.-Once in every week, the Munsarim or the Reader of the court concerned, as the case may be, shall examine the cash balance, in the hands of the Receiving Officer and shall submit to the Presiding Officer a certificate in the following terms :-"I certify that 1 have personally examined the registers and counted the cash balance in the hands of the Receiving Officer and have found the same to be correct.''
