Section 19 in British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981
19. Limitation of cognizance of offences.-
No court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act, expect with the previous sanction of the Central Government or of an officer authorized by that Government in this behalf.
