Section 1 in The Hyderabad District Officers (Change of Designation and Construction of References) Act, 1950
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Hyderabad District Officers (Change of Designation and Construction of References) Act, 1950.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the [Hyderabad area of the State of Maharashtra] [Substituted by A. O., 1956 and further amended by A. O., 1960.].(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the fist November, 1950.
