Section 602 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
602. New places for disposal of dead not to be open without permission of Commissioner.
- No place which has never previously been lawfully used as a place for disposal of the dead and registered as such shall be opened by any person for the said purpose without the written permission of the Commissioner who, with the approval of the Corporation, may grant or withhold such permission.
