Section 8F(3)(iii) in Employees Provident Funds Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952

(iii)A copy of the notice shall be forwarded to the employer at his last address known to the Central Provident Fund Commissioner or, as the case may be, the officer so authorized and in the case of a joint account to all the joint-holders at their last addresses known to the Central Provident Fund Commissioner or the officer so authorized.
