Section 11 in Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) Act, 1950
11. Form of appeal.
- An appeal under this Act shall be presented in the form of a memorandum setting forth, concisely and under distinct heads, the grounds of objection to the award or decision appealed from.
