2 0A1113/17 ORB ER(oral) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that recently a notification was issued revising the pay scale of Inspectors of Post Offices which, he feels, will be beneficial to the applicant if implemented in his favour. Therefore, in order to file a better OA, he seeks to withdraw the present OA with liberty to file another OA.
2. Ms.Sruthi, advocate appearing on behalf of Mr.K.C.Muraleedharan, ACGSC has no objection.
3. Therefore, the OA is disposed of with liberty as s ated above. No order as to costs.
