Section 4(1)(c) in C.M.R University Act, 2013

(c)not less than sixty acres of land in the places other than the places specified in Clauses (a) and (b). The land specified above shall consist of a single block and it shall be in the name of the concerned Trust / foundation / institution / university itself. Based on the furnished particulars required in sub-section (3) of section 3, the Government may direct the Trust to establish the permanent Statutory Endowment Fund as specified in section 47.
