Section 1 in The Rajasthan Famine Relief Works Employees (Exemption From Labour Laws) Act, 1964
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Famine Relief Works Employees (Exemption from Labour Laws) Act, 1964.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of July, 1963.
