11. Accounts and audit.
(1)The Village Committee shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in accordance with the direction of the Government.(2)The accounts of a Village Committee shall be audited by the Director of Accounts, Local bodies, Uttar Pradesh.
