Section 10 in The Foreign Exchange Management (Deposit) Regulations, 2000
10. Nomination. - Authorised dealers may provide nomination facility in respect of the following deposit accounts:--
(a)accounts maintained by individual account holders under the NRE, FCNR(B), NRO, NRNR and NRSR Account Schemes; and(b)accounts maintained by diplomatic personnel under sub-regulations (1),(2) and (3) of regulation 4.
