Section 11(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(1)In the case of a casual vacancy from among the members, appointed under Clause (e), of Section 4, the Registrar shall report the vacancy to the President forthwith and the President shall intimate the same to the State Government for filling the casual vacancy.
