Section 4(1) in Bihar Urban Local Body (Community Participation) Rules, 2013
(1)An Area Sabha representative shall be elected from every area with as nearly as possible but not exceeding fifty percent of the total number of Area Sabha Representatives shall be reserved for women by rotation as prescribed by the State Election Commission.
