The captioned appeals/complaints are pending with t.Ile commission for adjudication; however complaint/appeal files are nor available in the commission. In terms of the d.ecision taken in commission,s meeting dated 2L.o3-2o17, the matter was taken up by the Registrar of this commission with .the concerned parties to provide the relevant documents so as to enable the commission to reconstruct files and taking up the same for adjudication. However, as per office report, no reply has been received. in the capdoned cases lrom either sid.e"
Further, a public notice was put up on the commission,s notice board on 08.05"2017 affording another opportunity to provide the copies of relevant ilJ '',-

In itris facgual backdrop, the present appeal/complaints are placed before the Commission on the reference of registry. Despite sufficient opportunity, the parties hereto have flot taken any step further and thus, the Commission deems it'appropriate to close the captioned cases.
