(h)A meeting of the Board shall be held within three months of the last day of the examinations. At this meeting the results of the examinations will be declared, diplomas will be issued and the examiners for the next examinations will be appointed. Another meeting will be held within three months of the first day of the examinations to fix the places, dates and times of the examinations, to moderate the question papers, to receive the reports of the examiners, to make changes in the courses of study, if necessary, and to distribute among the madrasas recognised by the Board the sum annually provided in the budget for grants to madrasas.
