Section 28(f) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(f)The Patwari shall on request, by a Panchayat or a Panchayat Samiti concerned, prepare and supply to it, free of cost, and duty authenticated in the manner laid down in sub-para (b), certified extract of Khasra Nos and map of pasture lands or abadi lands or other Government lands that have been or are proposed to be, transferred to the Panchayat or to a Panchayat Samiti, as the case may be.
