Section 261(2) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(2)Every order of the Chief Inspector, against which an appeal is preferred under sub-regulation (1) shall be complied with, pending the receipt at the mine of the decision of the Committee:Provided that the Committee may, on an application by the appellant, suspend the operation of the order appealed against, pending the disposal of the appeal.
