This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner complaint dated 19.05.2021 given by the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.05.2021, a preliminary enquiry was conducted in C.No.417/DC-CCB-
II/Genl/2021 and the case has been closed as "Civil in Nature" on 12.08.2021.
3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/4 Crl.O.P.No.1652 of 2022 order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
