Section 32(5) in Haryana Civil Services (Compassionate Financial Assistance or Appointment) Rules, 2019
(5)In case of more than one such child suffering from disorder or disability of mind or who are physically disabled, the compassionate financial assistance shall be paid in the order of their birth and the younger of them shall get the compassionate financial assistance only after the elder next above him/her ceases to be eligible:Provided that where the compassionate financial assistance is payable to disabled twin children it shall be paid in equal shares:Provided further that when one such child ceases to be eligible his/her share shall be transferred to the other child and when both of them cease to be eligible, the compassionate financial assistance shall be payable to the next eligible single child or twin children, as the case may be.
