Section 69(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members, Election Expenses and Election Petitions) Rules, 2005
(1)The provisions of Rule 68 shall not apply to any person, who produces at the polling station an election duty certificate issued by Returning Officer and seeks permission to cast his vote at that polling station although it is different from the one where he is entitled to vote.
