Section 3 in Gujarat Surviving Alienations Abolition Act, 1963
3. Construction of references to incidents of alienation in the Act.- Reference in this Act to the incidents of alienations shall, notwithstanding the abolition of the alienations under this Act, be construed as references to the incidents as they were in force immediately before the appointed day.
