Pursuant to the order dated June 22, 2017, a report dated July 6, 2017 has been submitted by the Registrar (Judicial Service) indicating that the relevant Ejectment Execution Case No.217 of 2005 was taken up by the 5th Bench of the Presidency Small Causes Court and not by the City Civil Court.
Accordingly, the reference in the order to the 5th Bench of the City Civil Court should be read as the 5th Bench of the Presidency Small Causes Court.
