- Where an order under section 153 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 (Act VII of 1913), or under section 391 of the Companies Act (1 of 1956), sanctioning a compromise or arrangement in respect of a Company is passed, the Judge may direct the Liquidator or any other person to supervise the carrying out of the compromise or arrangement and to make a report to the Court in regard thereto.
