UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
I.A.No.31028/2021 for extension of time for surrendering is moved on the ground that the applicant’s daughter is getting married on 26th April, 2021.
Taking into consideration the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed, the time to surrender is extended till 10th May, 2021.
In case the petitioner does not surrender by that date, necessary steps will be taken by the Respondent-State for bringing back the petitioner to suffer remainder of the sentence.
