the respondents/ State.

Heard on I.A.No.8498/2015, petitioner's application for early hearing of this petition during winter vacation.

For the reasons stated in it, the same is allowed. Also, heard on IA No.8364/2015, petitioner's application for giving them exemption from payment of separate Court fees in this petition for each of the petitioners. Keeping in view the cause of action as stated in the petition, by allowing the IA, the petitioners are exempted from payment of separate Court fees in this petition for each of the petitioners.

Heard on the question of admission.

On behalf of the petitioners, this petition is preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing the appropriate writ against the authorities of the State for the following reliefs:-

"i- Respondents may kindly be directed to consider the cases of petitioners for absorption under Samvida Shala Shikshak 2 WP No. 8501/2015 Neeraj Pandey and Others Vs. State of MP and they be further directed to frame a scheme in that regard.
ii- Till framing of scheme petitioners may kindly be permitted to discharge the duties on the post of Atithi Shikshak."

Petitioner's counsel after taking us to the petition along with the annexed papers has made a limited prayer to dispose of this petition with an appropriate direction to the authorities of the respondent No.1 & 2 to consider and decide their pending representations Annexure P-3 on some early date within some time- bound schedule with a further direction to them that if petitioners are found entitled for extension of benefits, the same be directed to be extended to them on some early date within the time bound schedule.

The State counsel did not have any objection in disposing of the petition on the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner's counsel.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities of the respondent No.1 & 2 to consider and decide the aforesaid pending representation of the petitioners Annexure P-3 keeping in view the concerning rules, regulations, notifications, 3 WP No. 8501/2015 Neeraj Pandey and Others Vs. State of MP circulars and the scheme, if any, promulgated in this regard, within ninety days from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order along with copy of the petition and annexures in the office of the authorities of such respondents by the petitioners.

The petitioners are directed to submit the aforesaid papers in the office of such authority within ten days from today.

There shall be no order as to costs.
