                                 This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                           following:
                                                               ORDER

By the instant review petition, the petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in W.P.No.24823/2023 saying that pursuant to the Signature Not Verified Signed by: SUDESH KUMAR SHUKLA Signing time: 12/11/2023 5:49:29 PM 2 direction issued by this Court and relying upon the decision of M/s Trivedi Bus Service Through Yogendra Trivedi v. Transport Department and others passed in W.P.No.14117/2019, the authority is granting temporary permit on the same timing on which permit dated 21.08.2023 had been granted.

Albeit, there is no mistake apparent on the face of record and no case is made out for review, however, in the interest of justice, it is clarified that if any fresh temporary permit is applied by respondent No.4, the petitioner will have an opportunity to raise objection and that shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law.

It is made clear that the order passed by this Court in writ petition was confined to temporary permit granted and which was the subject matter of the writ petition.

Review petition stands disposed of.
