Section 4(33) in The Rules for Payment of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Allopathic Institutions & Red Cross Societies, 1970
(33)The institution shall not be closed, down-graded without at least one full calendar years notice being given to the Director such notice shall contain:-(i)The reasons of the intended closure or down-grading.(ii)The list of all the assets held by it.
