Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation in CWJC No. 6546 of 2017 and Mr. Yashraj Bardhan, learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation in CWJC No.2432 of 2017 submitted that they have been served with a copy of the reply to the counter affidavit today itself. They prayed for a short adjournment in order to go through the contents of the reply to the counter affidavit.
