Section 29(3) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(3)A member whose membership has been terminated under sub-section (I), shall not be eligible for becoming a member of the self-supporting co-operative society for such period, as may be specified in the resolution referred to in that sub-section:Provided that such period shall not exceed five years.
