Section 16(1) in The Techno India University, West Bengal, Act, 2012.
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor of the University, ex officio, shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)one member of the Board to be nominated by the Chancellor;(iii)one Dean of the University by rotation to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(iv)one expert to be nominated by the Chancellor;(v)the Administrator of the University;(vi)the Registrar shall be the non-member Secretary of the Committee.
