(b)Teachers possessing recognised qualifications in Madhyama in Sanskrit and above and Maulavi in Persian or Arabic and above and who are not trained will be treated for purposes of pay as untrained matriculates, provided they satisfy the conditions laid down in the following note. In case they are trained, they will be treated as equivalent to trained matriculates.
