Section 14 in The Bayaluseeme Development Board Act, 1994.
14. Supervision.-
The Board shall have power to supervise and review the progress of expenditure incurred under the plan and performance of various Development Departments, Zilla Panchayats and non-governmental organisactions recognised by the Board functioning in Bayaluseeme, with reference to the plan.
