Section 26(1) in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002
(1)The Registrar shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the University. He shall be the a full- time salaried officer and shall work directly under the superintendence, direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.
