Section 15(1)(i) in The West Bengal State Council Of Vocational Education And Training Act, 2005.

(i)to grant or refuse recognition to Institutions, and to withdraw such recognition, if it thinks fit, after considering the recommendations of the Recognition Committee, if any, in accordance with such regulations as may be made in this behalf;
