Section 608 in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
608. Rules and regulations to be available for inspection and purchase. -
(1)A copy of all rules and regulations made under this Act shall be kept at the office of the Corporation and shall, during office hours, be open, free of charge, to inspection by any inhabitant of Calcutta.(2)Copies of all such rules and regulations shall be kept at the office of the Corporation and shall be sold to the public at such price as the Mayor-in-Council may determine either singly or collectively at the option of the purchaser.
