89G. Section 40 of Bombay Act 28 of 1947 not to apply to alienation in favour of Land Development Banks.
- Nothing contained in section 40 of the Bombay Agricultural Debtors Relief Act, 1947, or any corresponding law for the time being in force in any part of the State shall apply to any alienation in favour of the [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Substituted by Act 5 of 1984 w.e.f. 09.01.1984.].
