Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred an application dated 01.06.2009 (Annexure-P-1), which is pending before the learned Additional Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dera Bassi. He submits that the same be considered and decided by the Court.
I have heard counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the records of the case.
The present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court, Dera Bassi, to decide the application dated 01.06.2009 (Annexure-P-1).
