O R D E R (ORAL)
HON'BLE DR.K.B.SURESH ...MEMBER(J) Heard. The matter has become infructuous as the order has been passed by the concerned authority, which we quote:
"OFFICE OF THE SUPDT OF POST OFFICES VIJAYAPURA DIVISION VIJAYAPURA--586104.
Memo No.VJP/B-2/1/2/2019 Dated 01.01.2010 In accordance with the notification issued vide memo no B-II/MTS Exam/2017-18 dated 19.07.2018 for filling up of MTS posts by holding Limited Departmental Competitive Examination restricted to GDS for joining APS only as sepoy/packer, and in accordance with memo no VJP/B- 2/1/2/2019 dated 08.04.2019, Sri Mahantesh S, Jamakhandi, GDS BPM Ronilhal BO a/w Kolhar SO who was declared to have come out successfully in the LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of the MTS for joining APS only as sepoy/packer held on 09.09.2018 restricted to GDS is temporarily deployed as MTS in Civil side till he is finally deputed to APS subject to the condition that, he has to be found medically fit as per the fitness criteria fixed by Department of Post/Army Postal Service from time to time.
Sri Mahantesh S. Jamakhand, GDS BPM Ronilhal BO a/w Kolhar SO consequent on his temporarily deployment in civil side till he is finally deputed to APS after he is found medically fit by the APS authorities, is posted as MTS Vijayapura HO in level-I of 7th CPC pay matrix till such time he is finally deputed to APS as per the recommendation of TPC dated 26.12.2019.
Sri Mahantesh S. Jamakhani, GDS BPM Ronilhal BO a/w Kolhar SO should clearly understand that, he will be reverted back as GDS if he is found unfit in the medical examination at Army Recruiting unit. The promotion to the cadre of MTS is exclusively for APS only for joining as sepoy/packer subject to his medical fitness.
Sri Mahantesh S. Jamakhani, GDS BPM Ronilhal BO a/w Kolhar SO is directed to fill up the enclosed application for deputation to APS on the 3 OA NO.04/2020/CAT//BANGALORE very same day of his joining as MTS Vijayapura HO on temporary deployment in Civil side.
