Section 28(3) in Punjab Market Committees Bye-laws
(3)No allowance or deduction subject to the Act or the Rules or charges of any kind and in any form not permitted by these bye-laws shall be charged, claimed or allowed in connection with any transaction of sale or purchase or storage or processing of agricultural produce or any act incidental to these.
