Section 5(1) in Kerala Self Financing Professional Colleges (Prohibition of Capitation Fees and Procedure for Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2004
(1)The consortium shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued in the name of the executive head.
