(4)The Committee so appointed under sub-section (3) shall within such time and in such manner as directed by the State Government, select three persons who possess the qualifications mentioned in subsection (2) whom it considers fit for being appointed as the Vice-Chancellor and shall recommend to the State Government, the names of the persons so selected together with such other particulars as it may deem necessary.
