Section 8(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1982
(1)The authorised officer or an agent shall purchase from the owner the forest produce offered for sole according to the felling programme, as may be formulated under the H.P. Land Preservation Act, 1978 (28 of 1978) at the price fixed under section 7.
