Section 14(3) in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
(3)The Election Code of Conduct shall come into force from the date of issue of publication referred under sub-rule (2) of rule 4 and it shall be obligatory on the part of every Member to comply the provisions of Election Code of conduct.
